The juice cleansing involves consuming only fruit and vegetable juices to obtain nutrition while abstaining from solid food for a definite length of time. It may last from few to days to several weeks. Juice cleansing or juice detox basically just involves throwing organic fruits and vegetables in the blender or juicer during meal time.

The principle behind the juice cleansing diet is that when you take juice only in your diet for a certain amount of time, your body will detoxify and eventually remove harmful toxins that built up in your body. While on juice detox, you must only use organic and freshly made, unpasteurized juices.  No preservatives and definitely no processed fruit juices are allowed. Meaning your usual powered juice or canned juice is definitely not allowed.

The all juice diet can be a great method of getting more phytonutrients found in fruits and vegetables than you could normally eat.People who undergo juice cleaning claims that it helps their body to detoxify that make them more energetic, have clearer skin, better digestion and improve their health as a whole. The juice detox diet is also believed to promote weight loss.

Juice cleanse can be harmful to some people especially to those who are diabetic, since the fruit juices are high in sugar composition it could increase the blood sugar levels of a person with diabetes. This may result in fatigue, excessive hunger and thirst, blurry vision, unexplained weight loss, and wounds or infections that heal more slowly than usual. Juices cleanse are not also advisable people who have kidney trouble and those who are undergoing chemotherapy.

I have this unusual caffeine intake and I know it is not good. So i decided to do some juicing. I tried suju and juice 2 u. Yes, your product. I tried them both and I am happy with what nutrients I am getting from those natural juices. I highly recommend juicing.
